Excellent service right from the start - Julee and Tim (husband/wife team) gave me very helpful options and were patient with me as I changed my mind. Diagrams helped me to visualize the new space and I was actually even more pleased when I saw the actual results. Clean, neat, professional service during construction is a real benefit when you know how uncomfortable it can be to have people and builders in your bedroom. The computer drawings that let me see, exactly, what we were looking at were so very helpful. The [Tailored Living] system uses the corners and floor to ceiling space extra efficiently. The spacing that was recommended for the shelves, drawers and hanging areas has all worked out perfectly--I wish we had these closets at our other home!!
The installation was flawless. The gentlemen that did the installation were so neat and careful about our new home, we could move everything in and enjoy our new and organized closets right away. That was a bonus that was greatly appreciated as we were ready to move in at that point.
