Tailored Living made it possible for me to get organized! I could not be happier with the well planned closet systems (four closets and a storage unit) that they designed and installed. Steve (our designer) is very creative and goes out of his way to meet his clients needs. Steve, Josh, and Brad were all polite, thorough, and did a stellar job. Their professionalism, pricing, timeliness, honesty, and eagerness to serve their customers is beyond fabulous. From beginning to end, the project was smooth and a high quality job. I had met with other closet companies, and I am so happy that I made the right choice. In this day and age, it is not always easy to have such a positive experience, receiving GREAT customer service. I can honestly say it was a pleasure doing business with this "over the top" company. Kudors to their employees for their kindness and concern for the customer. I am writing you not to complain but to thank you. Peggy and I are thrilled with the closet system your team installed. It is everything we expected and has made our closet far more inhabitable with great storage utilization. While I had to share some of my shoe space for Peggy's shoes and sandals, the storage system gives each of us plenty of room to organize our clothes. My wife and I were talking about all of the people that have worked in our home since we started this project and we both agreed hands down you and your team were one of the most efficient teams we have seen. From the moment we met, you listened to what we wanted, developed solutions, put them on a nice graphic so we could understand what we were buying, gave us a deal we could authorize, scheduled the work, executed on schedule in spite of some conflicts, customized some items I asked for, wrapped up and cleaned up the job, and sent us a thank you note with a final bill.

Rarely am I moved to write a review about an experience with a contractor, but for this firm, I must make an exception. We recently re-did our home office which is small and challenging. Had a brief meeting, my ideas and professional advice landed on a layout within days, within my budget with product samples that surpassed my expectations. They did everything they said they would do, when it was supposed to be done. All the employees are professional and competent. Carl even re-caulked our sink while he was there because "well, it just really needed it". Wow, I was blown away. Just love the finished product. Highly recommend this group!

I'd really like to thank you and your team for an excellent experience. You were very helpful in reviewing options, making suggestions, and working with me on the financing. I could not be more pleased. Please pass my sincere gratitude onto Travis, too. He was very professional, considerate, and did an excellent job. I appreciated that he and his assistant were careful in my home (not banging walls, wiping their feet, etc). They were thoughtful and quiet when the baby was sleeping. It's refreshing to work with people not stopping every 30 minutes for smoke breaks, talking on their cell phones all day, or blaring loud music. I honestly don't know if they even stopped for lunch on Wednesday.

I just wanted to once again say "thank you" for the wonderful job you did on my closet here on Grove Avenue. I love it!!!! I actually have space for all of my shoes, both summer and winter. Haven't had that since I moved out of my house. Woo-hoo!

Thanks for checking in. We have loaded all of Jeff's clothes in and a large portion of mine. I am happy to say that I think I will be very close to fitting all of my stuff into my side!
