WOW! When I made a call to TL last fall W the idea of surprising my husband (for Christmas & birthday) W a complete garage make over...I struck GOLD! Barbara , the assigned sales associate, came to my home at a convenient time & date & carefully assessed the space and the items in the garage, took measurements, and then created a plan within about an hour of her arrival w the CAD software on her laptop - simple process. A trip to the showroom a couple of weeks later to choose finishes / details, & I was all set. The project was scheduled W attention to detail and no glitches. The install itself went very well, Dylan was polite, kept me in the loop at all times, was always checking along the way to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Our garage turned out so well- not only in the garage- this new space has created a chain reaction of organization and order throughout the entire house. Our stress levels have been reduced.
